By downloading, installing, or using the Der Die Oops application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Der Die Oops is a mobile application designed to help users learn German articles (der, die, das). The App provides vocabulary learning tools, audio pronunciations, images, and gamification features to enhance the learning experience.

3. User Accounts

The App does not require user registration. All learning progress is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored on it.

4. Free and Premium Versions

4.1 Free Version

The free version of Der Die Oops includes all learning features but displays advertisements. You can use the free version indefinitely.

4.2 Premium Version

The Premium version is available as a one-time in-app purchase. Premium removes all advertisements and provides lifetime access to an ad-free experience.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, images, audio files, graphics, and software, is the property of Der Die Oops or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Modify, adapt, or hack the App
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Redistribute, sell, or license the App's content
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any learning outcomes or language proficiency achieved through the use of the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Der Die Oops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or our website. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
